Export Traceability Matrix

Traceability Matrix can be exported by choosing the Traceability Matrix can be exported choosing the            on the top right corner. Exporting the Matrix, you will download zipped folder containing Traceability Matrix in Excel table, Files, Issue, Matrices and Processes folders.  Please, unzip the folder first.   Traceability Matrix is “mirrored” in the Excel table containing all columns and rows added within the Matrix.  Clicking on item in the Excel table, you can open it in PDF. If item contains attachment, you can also open attached file clicking on it.  Files folder contains files attached within issues and forms items. Files attached within Processes are stored within this folder as well.   Issue folder contains issues and forms exported to PDF.  Matrices folder contains Traceability Matrix table with which items are connected through “Add cross reference” option.   Processes folder contains Process items exported to PDF. on the top right corner.

Exporting the Matrix, you will download a zipped folder containing Traceability Matrix in Excel table, Files, Issue, Matrices, and Processes folders.

The user can export the complete Traceability matrix table or selected rows/columns.

If the user wants to export selected rows or columns, it has just to select desired rows or columns.

Not selecting the specific row or column and clicking on the “Export” button, the complete table will be exported.

Please, unzip the folder first.
