The ‘Projects’ folder is for project folders. The ‘Projects’ folder is accessible to all users in the company. Project folders are available to all members of the project, so the users can collaborate on projects easier.
Also, the ‘Projects’ folder contains your private project folder. When you attach a file to a conversation from your private project folder, other users can see the path to the file, but cannot reveal the file in the Storage.
Closed projects have a ‘padlock’ symbol, and they are read-only. This means that the content of the project folder cannot be changed.
When you attach a file to a conversation that is associated with a project, the file will be stored in the project folder in Storage.
When you attach a file from a project folder to a conversation, other users can see the path to the file and can reveal it in the Storage.
When you attach a file to a conversation that is associated with a specific Issue, the file will be stored in the Issue folder inside the project folder.
General Administration
General Administration is a separate project of the company. It contains all tasks that are related to the company in general and not to specific projects of the company. These general activities include all the activities and Processes related in general to the Company such as job descriptions, lists of suppliers, etc.
The only member of the “General Administration” folder is the admin. Admin must add users to that folder.
