Project Settings, and therefore the 'Project Settings' button is only available for Administrators, Project Managers, PTOs, and Managers. In Project Settings, the user can set available Issue types, add or remove users, set project roles, edit the Versions of the project, edit the details of the project and manage Approval Workflows. Please click on the 'Project Settings' button.
