Dashboard

The first page you see after logging in to your qmsWrapper account is the Dashboard. The Dashboard displays documents and Issues concerning your interaction. Furthermore, recent conversations, unread messages, upcoming meetings, and To-dos are displayed here. The Dashboard module is available in the upper corner of the sidebar.

The 'Back' button is used for navigating the user to the previous page.
The 'Refresh' button is available on the top of the window and is used for refreshing the entire page.
It is also available for each section of the Dashboard separately and it is used for refreshing particular sections.
The 'Uploads' button displays the progress of file uploads, allowing you to track their status easily.
The 'Notifications' button shows alerts for unseen updates, messages, or activities, helping you stay informed and up-to-date.
Clicking on your name or picture expands the right panel, revealing your profile settings, a logout button, and the option to change your status. At the bottom, you'll find a button to download the Wrapper application, which facilitates file editing.

Notification

The "Bell" icon represents notifications.

Notification qmsWrapper

When a user receives a notification event, a typical wrapper notification message will be shown in the upper-right corner. The notification is clickable and leads to the notification target (for example to the issue view page), and marks the notification as seen.

Clicking on the bell icon will open the list of unseen notifications.

Notification drop down list

When hovering an item in the list, the red dot in the right will turn into a green checkmark, meaning that the user can mark the notification as “seen”.

hovering notification

If the user clicks on the checkmark on the bottom right corner of this list, will mark all unseen notifications as seen.

Clicking on the name of the notification target (the blue text) will lead to the object that is related to that notification (for example, opening the issue details page for that issue). Approval steps don’t have a separate page, so that kind of notification won't be clickable.

Clicking the “View All” button will lead to the notifications page.

The user will see all received previous notifications. This list contains notifications only for the current user.

Quick Access Buttons

On the Sidebar we added “three dots” that show Quick Access Buttons.

Quick Access Buttons

  • The first 6 buttons are QMS-type dashboards: CAPA, Nonconformity, Training, Change, Feedback, and Supplier Management.
  • The next button (green button) is the "Meeting" module.
  • The last three buttons are shortcuts to: create an issue, fill up the form, or start a process.
