When the Administrator registered your company on our Store, and added your user account, you are getting a Welcome Mail to your mail address, provided by the Administrator. Please follow the instructions in the mail.
You will receive one of these two emails depending on how the administrator includes you in the organization in qmsWrapper.
Welcome to the login page of qmsWrapper! Type in your email and password and click 'Login' to enter your account. In the case you check 'Remember Me' and log in to your account, you can close your browser and enter your account later, without the need to log in again. Only if you logged out from your account, you have to log in later again with your username and password.
To log out from your account, click on your user name in the top-right corner and click on the 'Logout' button.
I forgot my password! What should I do?
You forgot your password? Don’t worry! All you have to do is to complete the following steps.
Please note, that if your login credentials were correct, probably the administrator didn’t activate your account yet.
- Please go to the qmsWrapper login page.
- Click on the ‘Forgot your password?’ link on the login screen.
- Enter your email address. If your mail is valid, we will send the necessary instructions to your mail to get you back to qmsWrapper.
- In your email, you will find a link that will help you reset your password. Click on the link in the mail and it will navigate you to the password reset page. Please note, that the link expires in 24 hours and it can be used one-time only. If you missed out on the link activation, please contact the Administrator user.
- Type in your new password and retype it. Click Save.
- When you clicked Save, you are being navigated to the login page. Now, you are ready to enter your qmsWrapper account with your new password.
